Bloop Support
Bloop sorts screenshots into useful categories and suggests actions such as calendar events, reminders, links, notes, and email drafts.
For help, contact support@getrepeatbit.com.
Getting Started
- Open Bloop and complete onboarding.
- Allow Photos access so Bloop can find screenshots and read text locally.
- Use automatic processing for new screenshots, or choose screenshots and tap Bloop it.
- Open a processed card to review the summary, tags, and one-tap actions.
Permissions
- Photos: find screenshots, generate local previews, and extract text.
- Camera: scan text in front of you.
- Calendar: add events only when you tap a calendar action. In Settings, you can use the default iOS calendar or choose a writable calendar, including a Google calendar that is already added to iOS Calendar.
- Reminders: create reminders only when you tap a reminder action.
- Notifications: processing alerts and opt-in check-in reminders.
Subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in Settings if you bought Bloop Pro and the app does not show Pro access. Purchases and cancellations are managed through your Apple account.
Calendar Destination
By default, Bloop adds event actions to your iOS default calendar. To choose a different destination, open Bloop Settings, allow Calendar access, then choose a writable calendar. If your Google calendar is not listed, add the Google account in iOS Settings first and enable Calendar sync.
Deleting Local Data
You can clear Bloop's local sort results from your device. This removes OCR text, summaries, actions, notes, small previews, and hidden state saved by Bloop. Your screenshots stay in Photos unless you separately choose to delete them from Photos.
If you delete screenshots from Photos, iOS moves them to Recently Deleted according to Apple's Photos behavior. If you delete the Bloop app, iOS removes local Bloop data from that device; saved sort results are not recoverable from Bloop and may need to be created again.
