Clean up screenshots without losing important info
The fear behind screenshot clutter is simple: if you delete the image, you might lose the thing you were trying to remember.

Start with the newest screenshots
Recent screenshots are easiest to understand because you still remember why you took them. Bloop can help surface the latest processed screenshots so you can confirm what happened and act while the context is fresh.
Decide what each screenshot is for
Most screenshots fall into one of four groups:
- Act now: meetings, interviews, deadlines, bills, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Save as reference: recipes, instructions, ideas, quotes, travel details, and notes.
- Compare later: products, prices, subscriptions, apartments, flights, and restaurants.
- Delete: duplicates, blank screens, status-bar accidents, or images with no useful text.
Use actions before deleting
If a screenshot contains a real event, review the calendar action. If it contains a task, set a reminder. If it contains a link, open it or save the page. If it contains useful text but no task, create a Bloop Note. Then you can decide whether the original image still needs to stay in your camera roll.
Do not turn every date into a calendar event
Cleanup gets worse when the app creates noisy actions. A receipt date, article publish date, status bar date, rating, price, version number, or chat timestamp should not become a calendar event by itself. Bloop's calendar actions are meant for scheduled obligations, not every date-like thing on screen.
A simple weekly workflow
